We’ll begin with an in-depth virtual meeting to see if working together is a good fit and which training package best suits your goals.

If we move forward, I’ll ask about your lifestyle, nutrition habits, and current fitness levels to design a customized program with workouts and nutrition guidance to achieve your goals.

Step two | Start Your Program

During your 1-on-1 video workout sessions, you’ll receive expert coaching, motivation, and real-time form corrections for your safety.

You also won’t have to think about what your next exercise or weight level should be - I will be there to tell you each step of the way.

I will be tracking your progress, making adjustments to your program, and ensuring that you’re always moving forward towards your goals.
